Enhanced Patient Search with Consent Date Filtering

The Patient Search experience has been improved with the addition of a Consent Date range filter. Care teams and billing staff can now quickly and accurately locate patients based on when consent was obtained—eliminating the need for manual record review.

This enhancement increases efficiency, supports compliance workflows, and streamlines patient enrollment and day-to-day operations.

Summary by Code Report Now Includes Care Plan Date

The Summary by Code report now includes the Patient Care Plan Date as a standard column in both the on-screen view and CSV export.

This enhancement provides greater visibility into key billing criteria, enabling teams to more efficiently assess billing readiness and support internal reporting needs.

By bringing Care Plan Date alongside Consent Date directly into the report, users can streamline workflows, improve compliance tracking, and reduce the need to reference individual patient charts.

To View:

Navigate to the reports tab -> Monthly Billing report -> In the “Type” field, use the filter “Summary by Code”.

User Export Enhanced with Billing Type Visibility

The User Summary CSV export now includes each user’s assigned Billing Type. This enhancement provides administrators with clearer insight into how staff are aligned across billing programs directly within the export. By making this information readily accessible, teams can more easily manage roles, support program-specific staffing (e.g., CCM vs. RPM), and streamline oversight for larger or specialized organizations.

To view:

Navigate to the “Users” dropdown -> User Summary -> Export Users

Care Plan Builder Improved with Quick Section Reordering

The Care Plan Builder now includes “Move to Top” and “Move to Bottom” controls for each section, making it easier to organize care plan content. Users can now instantly reposition sections without needing to move them one step at a time—significantly reducing effort, especially in longer care plans. This enhancement streamlines the editing experience and improves efficiency when structuring patient care plans.

To View:

Open an active patient chart -> navigate to the clinical tab in the patient chart -> click “Build Care Plan” button.

Within the care plan builder, click on any section to view the dynamic edit menu.

Improved Diagnosis Code Visibility in Edit Patient Dialog

The Edit Patient dialog now displays ICD-10 code descriptions on hover within the Diagnosis Code section. This enhancement provides immediate context for each code, helping users quickly confirm accurate selections without needing to cross-reference elsewhere. By aligning with the patient chart experience, this update reduces the risk of errors and improves efficiency when managing patient records.

To View:

Edit patient → Navigate to Diagnosis ID field. Upon hovering on a particular diagnosis code, the full code description will appear.
