Account Summary

The Account Summary Report is your one-stop shop for all important metrics related to your care management program. It will display a variety of information related to billing, patient information, staff utilization, and more, in both graph and tabular formats.

The report menu allows you to optionally include data from this month. If left unchecked the billing summaries will only include data up to the previous month’s end.

Total Projected Billing

The first set of information the Account Summary Report displays is Total Projected Billing in a double bar line graph by month. It displays total billable patients over total active patients and a line for projected billing amount trends.

The same information is then presented in tabular format to suit your preferences:

Patient Billing Counts

The next thing you will see are the billable patients for the most recent month, sorted by billing type:

Clinical Staff Program Utilization

The next section will break down total logins and time spent within the software. It will break this time down by Offline Time (added via comments), Dashboard Time, and Chart Time.

New Patient Enrollments

The New Patient Enrollments section will show all new patients enrolled per month:

The tabular format will get more specific with enrollments via campaign specifically, deactivations, automatic deactivations, and total active patients:

Provider Monitoring

Provider Monitoring graph displays active patients per provider, and the tabular format will also include the percentage of the total for each provider:

CallerIQ Matched Call Time

If your account has a CallerIQ phone integration, your Account Summary report will also display summaries for your integration. Your matched call time summary shows you the total processed call time, and the call time that was processed to both active patients and unclaimed patients:

Patient Issue Summary

Finally, the Patient Issue Summary will show the current types of patient issues and how many of each are occurring:
