Patient Messages

Review the Patient Messages task in ChronicCareIQ to view all patients who have sent messages to the care team. The Patient Messages feature allows patients to contact the care team in a convenient and secure manner. This task aids the care team in identifying patients that need assistance or have questions that need to be addressed.
