eClinicalWorks (eCW) Features
Integration Overview
The eCW integration facilitates the transfer of patient demographic data, diagnosis codes, lab results, and prescription refill information from eCW to CCIQ.
Data Transferred from eCW to CCIQ:
Demographics: Name, Date of Birth, Email, Address, Phone, Gender, Race, Ethnicity, Physician (EMR ID).
Diagnosis Codes: Shared as comments and captured CCM Time.
Labs/Images: Shared as comments and captured CCM Time.
Prescription Refills: Shared as comments and captured CCM Time.
Setting Up eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Setup instructions are provided and must be completed by an Admin user in the eCW portal.
The integration requires a minimum eCW version of v12.0 to support FHIR APIs.
NOTE – You will know if you are using a version that is not supported by the FHIR APIs as you will not be able to complete the setup steps.
Data flow from eCW to CCIQ takes approximately 3–4 days after completing the configuration.
