Epic (In Beta)

The Epic EHR Integration allows ChronicCareIQ to connect with Epic to access and sync key patient clinical data to support care coordination and patient management. This integration helps streamline workflows by allowing relevant patient information to be shared between systems.

PLEASE NOTE: The Epic integration is currently in beta, and functionality may change as development continues. We are currently accepting customers interested in participating in beta testing. For more information, please contact CCIQ Support at [email protected].
