To place calls directly from the CCIQ application, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the patient’s chart and click the phone number.
NOTE: Calls may also be made directly from the CCIQ Monitoring Dashboard.
2. Users may need to log in to RingCentral to register their phone line or extension to enable this feature.
3. After logging in and registering your phone number or extension in RingCentral, you should receive a Success message.
