Device List Report

Welcome to the Device List Report, your central hub for accessing and managing all devices within the system. This report page offers users a comprehensive overview of device information, assignment status, recent measurements, and the ability to assign unassigned devices to patients. It serves as an essential tool for efficient device management.

Device List Report

The Device List Report will show any devices in the system, assigned or unassigned. Devices ordered through a device vendor integration will automatically be added as unassigned devices upon shipping. The report can also be sorted by the status of a device:

Unassigned devices will have no patient name listed. You can assign devices directly from this report by clicking the actions/ drop-down arrow and selecting Assign to Patient. Devices previously assigned to a patient and then removed will no longer appear on this report until you assign them to another patient’s chart or upload them via CSV file.

Measurement Summary Report

ChronicCareIQ now allows users to generate a report that shows the summary of current device activity based on the RPM device measurement code 99454. This report is a great tool to identify patients who might need a reminder nudge to use their devices daily.

This report will show the start date of the most recent device added to the patient, the last date of service (met date) for the code 99454, and how many measurements the patient has toward the 16 days of measurements per 30-day requirement for the next 99454 codes:

Device Education Report

The device Education Acknowledgement Report shows the patients who have qualified for the one-time device education code (RPM or RTM education code type). This code is only billable one time ever for a patient. Education acknowledgment in ChronicCareIQ is triggered by a technology patient confirming device education during the set of their patient portal and having 16 days of readings or is triggered by the staff when manually making patient education complete in the patient chart.

This report will tell staff which patients are missing their device education acknowledgment, which patients do not have the 16 measurements needed to qualify for the code, and if the education code has ever been dropped within the ChronicCare system:

Device Related Buttons

Upload List of Devices: the upload list of devices is used to upload .CSV files of device IMEI numbers if the account does not order their devices from the ChronicCareIQ platform.

The .CSV file will upload new devices that are not currently in the ChronicCareIQ system – it will not duplicate devices.

It is recommended client upload a CSV file of IMEI numbers in the following cases:

  • Bulk orders are done outside the ChronicCareIQ system (ie, directly through the RPM device company such as Smart Meter or Tenovi)

  • Devices that are to be used for the Universal Rounding Device

  • All Body Trace Devices

  • All Live Care Devices

  • All MioConnect Devices

SmartMeter Edit Address: this button is used to set the client’s business delivery address for SmartMeter orders shipped directly to the client. This address can also be edited on the Device Invoices page.
