Announcement Style Campaigns

ChronicCareIQ can send patient announcements in bulk! Especially with upcoming holidays or clinical offerings such as flu shots – use the ChronicCareIQ announcement feature under the “Campaigns” area to notify many patients with one notice:

A customized announcement can be sent to a specific set of patients, include your own logo (from a direct URL link), and have contact information specific to your CCM/RPM program.

Patients who receive announcement campaign messages DO NOT have the opportunity to opt in and create an account in CCIQ. The announcement can be targeted to a certain type of patient:

Announcement campaign messages are used to communicate to patients any information the staff deems appropriate. Such examples include information about office hours for the weekend/holidays, status of office/practice, reminders, vaccine availability, etc.

Follow the steps below to add an Announcement Campaign

  1. Name of Announcement – this is an internal field that only staff will see for historical sent logs.

  2. Subject – is the subject title of the email that the patients will receive

  3. Reply To – is the email address that patients would reply to if they need (creating a general CCM/RPM email for your practice is recommended)

    • If you don’t want patients to reply, you can create a fake/spoof email and add it

  4. Message – is where you type in a custom message to patients. Web links can be included in the message.

  5. Select which group of patients to send the messages:

    • Active Patients: patients currently active (already enrolled) in the CCIQ dashboard

    • Late Patients: patients in the “Late” status (grey question mark) in the CCIQ dashboard

    • No-Login Patients: active technology patients (already enrolled) but have not logged into their accounts

    • All Patients: all patients currently in the CCIQ database, including active, unclaimed, and deactivated

    • Specific Lists of Patients: You can upload a list of patients as a CSV file, choose specific patients from the “Group Edit –> Flag Patient” feature, and use those specific patients to send the message to.

Logo URL Instructions

To add a Logo to the enrollment or announcement, use a URL link to the desired logo. This is not a file upload, but a link to a URL image of the logo on the internet.

Contact ChronicCareIQ support staff for assistance with obtaining a logo URL from your practice website..
