Devices can be removed from the Device List Report and the patient’s chart.
A. Remove Device from Device List Report
1. Open the Device List report by clicking “Reports” then click “Devices”
2. Click the arrow to the left of the IMEI, select “Remove Device”
3. Click the blue “Remove Device” button
B. Remove Device from Patient’s Chart
1. Click the Devices tab
2. Click the arrow to the left of the IMEI
3. Select “Remove Device”
4. Click the blue “Remove Device” button
