Campaign Reports

The Campaign Reports serve as a comprehensive window into the outcomes and effectiveness of enrollment/announcement initiatives. These reports display essential metrics and performance indicators, enabling you to gauge success and optimize the strategies driving patient engagement and enrollment efforts.


Campaign Summary Report

The Campaign Summary Report will summarize the effectiveness of each campaign based on various patient engagement metrics. You’ll see:

  • The totals for patients added to the campaign

  • Emails sent/delivered

  • Emails opened

  • Patients who have begun the enrollment process

  • Patients who have marked themselves as interested and have requested more information

  • Patients who have unsubscribed from future communications

This report will further display these totals for emails and SMS text messages separately:


Campaign Detail Report


Patient Interest

During the enrollment campaign process, the patient can mark themselves as Interested without fully completing the enrollment. This would prompt a clinical user to call the patient and further discuss the program and its’ benefits. Patients who mark themselves as interested will appear in this report.

When following up with these patients, you can further mark them as Not Interested if after discussion the patient decides not to proceed with enrollment:
