In the patients’ charts, a “Physiologic Data Report Only” is available to see the condensed vital data. This report is available in HTML, PDF, or CSV format.
To view this report, navigate to the Export tab on the patient chart:
Specify the format and date range and the vital data reported for the patient will be available for clinical or data-gathering use. Users can also choose to display the chart(s) on the report and to display the results in reverse chronological order:
Like all ChronicCareIQ reports, the options selected are saved to the local browser and remembered for viewing the report for other patients. The full reports are available in HTML or PDF. When exporting as a CSV, the reports only contain the raw data. The CSV format also allows clients to sort and refine data as desired for their specific needs.
