Patient Invite Feature Training
The Patient Invite Feature demonstrates how to send patient invites for patients who are newly added or activated. Invites allow patients to login using simplified links and workflows.
Patients can be invited to complete the set up and consent of their ChronicCareIQ account via email, text message, or text message that directs them to download the ChronicCareIQ Patient Mobile App. Once the patient has completed the activation of their account, the care team can send messages to and receive messages from the patient.
