Dashboard Billing Icons are located in the time column to guide billing status of patient during month:
ChronicCareIQ has enhanced the dashboard timer column to display new billing icons that will assist users in quickly identifying the current billing status of their patients. These indicators will help you understand where the patient billing is during the month. Clicking on the icon shows a popover with insight into the next eligible billing code. For example, the next code 99439 will be dropped when the below patient hits 40 minutes of time:
In addition, if the patient is not eligible for additional billing codes, the dashboard icon will show as a blue check to indicate the patient has exhausted all time-ball billing codes the month. This will help you see at a quick glace from the dashboard that additional time will not generate additional billing codes for the month:
These billing icons reflect TIME based codes only, not device measurement codes. The icons are visible on the dashboard and on the timer in the patient chart. Icons will reset on the first day of each month. Finally, these icons are based up each patient’s specific configuration (like billing types, billing settings, has a phone, has a care plane, etc).

The billing icons are designed to indicate potential codes the patient can qualify for. This means that if a particular organization has a workflow to NOT continue billing at a certain time point, the account billing settings can be adjusted to reflect this workflow.
