Custom scoring in the protocols allows you to define your scoring system within each question. You can set custom minimum and maximum values, assign score values, and determine status levels, tailoring the assessment to specific needs or criteria.
Click on the Protocols tab, find the protocol you want to edit & click on it
Find the question you want to modify and click Edit Question
In the Modify Question window, click on the Scoring tab
Set the Score Type to Custom
You can set the Min, Max, Score, & Level
You can also add another field (Min, Max, Score, & Level) by clicking Add Range
Click Modify Question when you’re finished
